- Choose a whole grain to add to one of your meals today. It can be any whole grain of your choosing, and you can add it to any type of meal you like.
- Share a photo of your whole grain meal in the community group. Be sure to include which whole grain you made, how you liked it, and how you incorporated it into your day.
- Also, come up with two more meal ideas featuring whole grains that you can easily see yourself adding into your current diet and post your meal ideas with your whole grain meal photo in the Facebook group.
