Your Day 4 Challenge

  1. Figure out how often you include beans or lentils in your diet right now & take a look at how you’re eating them.
  2. Whatever you find, take that information and create a plan for yourself to incorporate more legumes into your meals over the next few weeks. Use this legume tracker chart and planner to help you do this.
  3. Post a screenshot of your completed worksheet in the community group, plus any worries you have about adding more legumes to your diet.
